I thought I had left a 5 star review a year ago, but this is an outstanding app the customer service is bar none. The new update is even better than before and they (David) helped set my new store up seamlessly. Couldn't be happier with this and the results that the BOGO have had on my store's top and bottom line. Only wish I would have downloaded it sooner. :)

It took a while to set up the first offer but once that was done, I was off and running. The customer support team were very helpful and quick in responding to my questions and the devs were great at fixing issues with the website and customising solutions were possible. It's 5 stars from me!

I have come across apps which has great functionalities but poor support. This one's different! The team have been exceptional in assisting our requests. From removing the brand mark to customising the slider. Anne and Brian went over and beyond assisting us with all our request. And the app! Just what I perfectly need. Straightforward and amazingly does the job and more!

Good experience so far! There were some unexpected conflicts between my theme and the app when first installing, but the support team was incredibly responsive and fixed everything straight away. Many thanks to Anne & Luis for their fast help and clear communication.

Really helpful app, easy to install and use and the support is above and beyond. Mina was very friendly and quick to help us to create new offers and update the app version. Highly recommend.

Great app, works well with other integrations and does anything you need for free gifting. Mina from the support team was very quick and kind to help me solve my issues while setting up the app and the offer. Highly recommended!

David went beyond the 5 stars above! He personally helped me design the gift promo and even added some nice touches to it! Love this app as well, it fits my needs pretty good! Im going to try other features as well

I have never experienced such incredible customer service. The setup process was incredibly fast because the team offered their help from the very first second. They were able to meet all my expectations and, most importantly, they didn't hesitate to customize certain features for my website. I wholeheartedly recommend them 1000%.
