This app may look expensive compared to others available that (apparently) do the same job but let me tell you that after spending 2 days trying to set up 2 other apps, with help from their very helpful tech supports, we still couldn't get them working glitch free or with all the functionality we required. Fed up with needing a solution in place, I decided to try this app and I set it up in 5 mins. It left me wishing I'd done this in the first place. Needed help with getting the gift slider images to the right sizes when displayed and the support via chat was instantaneous and efficient. My advice? Bite the bullet and pay the extra for this app, what it saves you in time makes it worth it plus the additional functionality and settings are second to none.

Just signed up for a free trial and had an issue combining the free gift promo with another discount on my Shopify store. I reached out to customer service for help and received very quick and helpful support. (It turned out to be an issue within my shopify settings, not the BOGOS app).

Highly recommend this app to everybody. Not only is it very simple to set up all kind of free gifts and discounts for your customer, which will increase trust and conversion rate for the future, this app also has one if not the best support team I ever worked with. After a few seconds I got all my questions answered and even advanced coding to make everything fit into my current theme was no problem and done in a very short time.
