One of the best customer experiences I had. Mina, from the App team has been quick in resolving and understanding the situation. Importantly, the chat box is friendly and interactive with options to send files, attach screenshots and insert emojis.

I'm absolutely loving this app. Their support been super responsive and helpful, always quick to answer my questions. It makes a huge difference in my experience and I feel confident knowing I have such a reliable team behind the app. If I ever run into more questions or need assistance, it's great to know Mina is there to help.

The app did not work exactly how we wanted out of the box. However, Mina in the Customer service team was super patient and helped to get the APP working how we needed and that it represented the brand correctly. Its a great app and works really well.

Bogos app on Shopify is amazing! It's so easy to use, and their support is the best. I had a question, and they answered really quickly. I highly recommend it for a smooth experience!

I thought I had left a 5 star review a year ago, but this is an outstanding app the customer service is bar none. The new update is even better than before and they (David) helped set my new store up seamlessly. Couldn't be happier with this and the results that the BOGO have had on my store's top and bottom line. Only wish I would have downloaded it sooner. :)

It took a while to set up the first offer but once that was done, I was off and running. The customer support team were very helpful and quick in responding to my questions and the devs were great at fixing issues with the website and customising solutions were possible. It's 5 stars from me!

I have come across apps which has great functionalities but poor support. This one's different! The team have been exceptional in assisting our requests. From removing the brand mark to customising the slider. Anne and Brian went over and beyond assisting us with all our request. And the app! Just what I perfectly need. Straightforward and amazingly does the job and more!

Good experience so far! There were some unexpected conflicts between my theme and the app when first installing, but the support team was incredibly responsive and fixed everything straight away. Many thanks to Anne & Luis for their fast help and clear communication.

Great app, works well with other integrations and does anything you need for free gifting. Mina from the support team was very quick and kind to help me solve my issues while setting up the app and the offer. Highly recommended!
