This is pathetic app, the moment I dowloaded and saved it to my theme my website crashed. The checkout drawer stopped working . Don't go with their rating.. Pathetic app. Beware before installing.

Very quick and friendly help support. Immediately asked questions the moment I opened the app and walked me through the process of setting up my first sale which had a tricky condition that would have been difficult to do myself. So far, app looks great for creating BOGO offers. Can't wait to see it in use next week.

The cs team (Mina) is kind and so efficient. Very helpful, as we know free gifts are really important for sales, she helping us to create the offer and write the instruction, very good!

We downloaded this app because we wanted to run more complicated promotions than Shopify is able to run natively. Consequently, the setup of these promos in BOGOS was fairly involved, and we needed a great deal of help. The team supporting BOGOS really delivered. I've used a great many Shopify apps but the support I received using this one is unmatched.

What a great app! It offers variation other apps can not do and the customer service is incredibly fast and so helpful. Go for it!

The customer support team, specifically Mina, has been very responsive and helpful. We had a coding issue when customizing the offer, but the dev team was able to fix it right away. The app itself is very easy to set up and integrate into your shop to implement a GWP campaign.

Love the app. We are using it since months and have launched around 10-15 different offers. App is intuitive and does what it should. The 5 Stars however is because of the fantastic support Team which always answers quicker than mails leave your server. Special Thanks to MINA & BRIAN. For fixing a critical error in live business! Saved us from a potentially huge abanndoned cart rate (This error was not from the app but from our side). Always a pleasure and highly recommend the app.

We moved to this App from a custom Meta field setup for our Gift with Purchase setup. Have had one issue during the run of this through our holidays & the team at BOGOS jumped on the fix & updated all of our stores within a day. Also big fan of their support team being available at all times during the holiday selling season. Thanks!
