I set this up for black friday sales trying to do a buy product get a gift free because shopify doesn't have that feature. We started receiving orders without the gift and it would have been a lot of manual cancellations and duplicating orders if I didn't find this app. I requested help setting up the app and Mina resolved my problem in 5 minutes. Thanks so much!

I recently started using this fantastic app, and I just have to share how awesome it is. The support team is not only extremely helpful but also super responsive. They even went the extra mile to create a special offer for me. What sets this app apart is that it allows you to do more than any other Cart Upsell app I've tried before. Unlike my previous experience with a cart drawer app that used Shopify's Draft order API and caused issues with my other apps, this BOGO app works seamlessly. It has some fantastic features, like URL parameter conditions, which we've seamlessly integrated into our email marketing campaigns. We use special links that trigger exclusive offers, and it's just incredible. For anyone who is looking to set up a buy X get Y promotion this is a great option. I was looking to send up a spend X get a free gift card automatically emailed to customer and this app made it possible. I needed some extra help and their support team guided me through.
