Love the app. We are using it since months and have launched around 10-15 different offers. App is intuitive and does what it should. The 5 Stars however is because of the fantastic support Team which always answers quicker than mails leave your server. Special Thanks to MINA & BRIAN. For fixing a critical error in live business! Saved us from a potentially huge abanndoned cart rate (This error was not from the app but from our side). Always a pleasure and highly recommend the app.

We moved to this App from a custom Meta field setup for our Gift with Purchase setup. Have had one issue during the run of this through our holidays & the team at BOGOS jumped on the fix & updated all of our stores within a day. This app is very easy to use! Whenever I have a question, Dave and Louis get back to me very quickly and are able to help. I've been using BOGOS a lot for Black Friday and holiday promotions.

App doesnt work well. If their support team fixes up one thing, there is always something else that breaks. I haven't been able to use this app for what it was meant to do even though I have been paying $39 every month for the past few months. Whenever I set up a new offer there is always an issue: fraudulent orders being created, quantities not adjusted correctly are some of the issues experienced. Their previous version worked better, this new version not designed or tested properly. I cannot be testing the app for them.

BOGOS App is very easy to operate and works well! Automattically add to cart and customer could choose the free gift they want. What's more, customer service is a treat, always helps me a lot. But I have to leave for the fee, I'll come back as soon as I eraned more dollars, lol.

Support team is great! Fixed compatibility issues with my old theme quickly and on the day before Thanksgiving. Got me up and running for BFCM within an hour of reaching out. App works great and is customizable, love the new feature of the widget that alerts the customer to the promotion.
