BOGOS: Free Gift Bundle Upsell

Great support! Very rarely you get on-demand support while trying out Shopify Apps and on the other side is a real person! Overall the app offers the majority of the features that I was looking for: offer buy x get y without using Shopify discounts, plus the ability to display current offers and allow customers to claim gift products rather than automatically add to a cart. Does the same job as my other 3 apps combined, it's a no-brainer. Mina is a champion - she's very helpful in guiding me through configuration and saved me from having to dig around.

Mina and Limo were both amazing and so helpful. We purchased the app and she helped me walk through everything she was very knowledgable as well about the product. She made everyting so easy. Also, had to work with Limo to help figure out why my sale was not working right and he was able to get it fixed. Thank you both.

I have tried multiple Bogo apps looking for one that did tiered gifts, so the more someone buys, the more they receive. I reached out to support and Mina created the offers for me and they worked...just as I wanted them to and they adjusted automatically if I changed the quantity in the cart up/down.

The support team is super quick. They have fixed template and discount issues efficiently, always dealing with any requests within minutes. I've only had the app for a week but in the few instances I've needed assistance, they resolved matters swiftly. So far my experience with the support has been great - they respond rapidly and effectively address anything needed.

Mina is amazing - she went above and beyond to help us with launching a free gift with purchase. Would highly recommend this software for other people to use!

The app did not work exactly how we wanted out of the box. However, Mina in the Customer service team was super patient and helped to get the APP working how we needed and that it represented the brand correctly. Its a great app and works really well.
