I love this app, ive tried others but always come back here. Easy to use and great customer service who always help immediately

Just signed up for a free trial and had an issue combining the free gift promo with another discount on my Shopify store. I reached out to customer service for help and received very quick and helpful support. (It turned out to be an issue within my shopify settings, not the BOGOS app).

Highly recommend this app to everybody. Not only is it very simple to set up all kind of free gifts and discounts for your customer, which will increase trust and conversion rate for the future, this app also has one if not the best support team I ever worked with. After a few seconds I got all my questions answered and even advanced coding to make everything fit into my current theme was no problem and done in a very short time. Great app with lots of flexible options with regard to offering free gifts under different scenarios. It even allowed us to offer subscription-only products on old Recharge checkout (just adding subs products one by one). Support is very fast and 5-star, no brainer.

This app has by far the best customer service of any that ive tried before. The developers, Brian specifically, was extremely helpful getting the app(which works perfectly) setup, I had an issue with my theme, not the app, that he resolved. Anne was also very helpful and quick to reply and made sure everything was in order. Edit: Back to add some more info, I have used this app to do a free gift over xx amount, and it works great, if the cart value gets reduced, and the gift automatically removes itself. It can also do multiple offers at once, where the customer can get a gift for over 50 or a different gift for over 100, or it can be set to give both gifts if they go over 100. It can also give gifts to first time customers, and only show that offer to first time customers.

100% recommend. This app fills the gap between the core Shopify functions and what customers and shop owners alike actually want. No more confused customers swamping my customer service reps during busy periods! I've deleted other apps in favour of this one, and I plan to install it on my 3rd shop later this week.
