Great support! Their team work is really good. Despite of time differences, somebody was always there to chat with me and helped me. They solved the issue I had quickly and explained it to me the way I could understand. Even tho there is some things that I wish I could do with this app (I wanted to change the free gift item title so that it's clear to customers that it's free gift), I am comfortable to keep using this app and very satisfied with their customer service.

The support from these guys is awesome. I had one minor question and they were on top of it really fast, and helped get my offer set up correctly. I have used this app several times (I create a lot of ecommerce sites) and they have always been so easy to work with and the app works exactly as I need it to. Very quick and easy set up. I had a small issue with my cart(I believe caused by the theme being used, not the BOGOS app) and their support team took care of it very quickly.
