I have to say I have been pretty blown away with the level of customer support on this app, and the amount of customisation / control that is possible. Nicolas, John and the team have offered me pretty much 24/7 support over the last few days in setting the app up on my two shopify stores, in the run up to Black Friday. I've been able to create a buy-one-get-one-free offer that tracks with my store's inventory, handles multiple variations on those products with ease, and maxes out at three free products per customer. Every time I've thought 'Oh I wish I could make the app do X or Y' I've found a button in the settings that allows me to control it. Very happy indeed.

The app is updated and works great. Lots of options for running different types of promotions with different conditions. Support is always so helpful and immediately responsive. Developers get any customized work done within 24 hours.

The app is the only one that allows you to have full control on the display of the free gifts on product pages and seamlessly add to basket dependent on whatever conditions of purchase you set. Support and modification since to tweak the app has been quick, professional and successful. Recommend!

Update (11/11/20): the developers have been so helpful! we recently installed a slide-cart app that didn't initially "play nice" with this app, but the developers worked together to get them to integrate! This is a great app. I really like how it works on our website - doesn't detract from shopping and makes the free gift very obvious. The user never has to question what they're getting. The tech support has been very helpful as well. We used over Cyber Monday and again for a promotion this January. Will definitely use again in the future! Update April, 2019 - We keep on coming back to this app. It works seamlessly - user does not need to use promo code. Just set up your conditions and the free gift shows up in the cart. Great app!

I have rarely found an app that does exactly what I need it to, but Free Gifts has been my easiest install yet. I had put two apps into motion at the same time, and Free Gifts was installed by their support team, had answered two of my emails and the app is up and running with my needed setup in less than 36 hours. The other app hasn't even responded with the theme install yet. If you are debating, install this app, take it for a test run and you'll be impressed that it's fully up and running long before the trial period is over. Great support, app works exactly as advertised.

The app is really good, and does everything we need for our store. But the best is the support. The support team helped us install the app correctly, and they've responded quickly to every question and request we've had. I only wished that there was a way not to accumulate gifts and discounts codes, but apparently Shopify doesn't let third party apps manage the discount codes... Other that that, it's perfect!
