The support team is awesome. They have been very quick to help us resolve issues, fine-tuning the app to our needs. Big thank you to Anne and Brian! The only thing missing is the ability for a customer to deselect automatically added gifts at cart level.

Anne was so quick and helpful in setting up my offer. She helped me immediately through the chat box to help make the app function on our site and was ready to go in only a few minutes. Really great and quick customer service! The app is great for automatically adding the free gift to the cart so customers don't have to. Just can't use it for buy one get one item XX% off and the design is set besides adjusting the colours but otherwise easy to use.

Daniel on the Support team has been an amazing help during this Black Friday/Cyber Monday season. We have multiple gifts and offers running simultaneously and he has been instrumental in helping me troubleshoot offer issues and setup. The team is incredibly quick to respond in general and offers clear communication. The app itself is good. There are a few things I wish were different: 1) the creation of a duplicate gift sku that is created by the app once an offer is activated. This creates a bit of double work when setting up and testing the promo rules. Additionally it creates a weird blank spot at the bottom of the collection page for each gift you create. Not super ideal.

Was looking for an app that would allow us to do free gifts with purchase and have it automatically add to cart. On the plus side it also has the bundles feature. Mostly easy to use. Whenever we've had questions they are super quick to help and fix anything. The only thing we didn't love about this app was there was how the pop up functioned for us, didn't have quite the customization we would have liked, but overall very easy to work with app. Works on POS too which is a huge plus.

I love the BOGO app! It does exactly what we need and offers great flexibility in configuring bundle options. It really helps us create fun and exciting promotions for our customers on our store.

I give 4 stars because the app only works well for shops with one language. I am eagerly waiting for it to be developed for multilingual shops as well. I had a small problem with the app and Mina from customer service helped me, and everything was solved in no time. For Mina's service 5 Stars.

The app itself is easy to use, understand and navigate thru so it fits my needs just fine. But it is the customer support that is world-class. Mina in support helped me on a Saturday very quickly and even made suggestions that I myself missed that made the experience a whole lot better.

The updated version of the app is easier to navigate and use. We could create a myriad of offers on our site. The only downside is that it is not compatible with POS yet. Moreover, had great and prompt support from the team especially Anne & Ellie whenever there is an error or question.

I used this app for months and support is great. They are super responsive and helpful on live chat, even jumping in to help me on a Sunday when they do not technically work. However, we experienced quite a few bugs so I would recommend that you test your funnel fully when deploying this app, and keep testing it as things can break. If you're using Passport International Shipping, this app will not work well with it because their cloned product variant has non-Latin characters which Passport Shipping's software does not recognize. We did not realize that international customers who had the free gift in cart were not able to check out for months, and try not to think about how much sales we've lost due to this issue. The last straw came over Labor Day weekend when the free gift randomly stopped adding to cart even though we had plenty of gifts in-stock. Orders were sent out without the gift for eligible orders and we'll likely have to re-send the free gift on our own dime again. I share these experiences not to disparage the app makers (because their support really is fantastic), but to help merchants so that they learn from our experience. If you install this app, you need to consistently stay on top of your checkout process and ensure it works smoothly. Ultimately, we had to uninstall because there were too many problems, but hopefully it works better for you and support is always there to help. If I can't find a less buggy app, I'll be back.
