Austin went above and beyond to help me set up my offer! I was struggling to configure a BOGO offer with multiple free gifts, and Austin didn't just give me instructions - he actually logged into my store and built the entire offer for me. He was patient, responsive, and made sure everything worked perfectly before signing off. The offer now works exactly as I needed: no popups, no confusion, just seamless functionality. Austin even customized the display to match my preferences by hiding the widget while keeping the offer working in the background. This level of hands-on support is rare and incredibly appreciated! Mina was amazing! I had an issue with the BOGO widget not playing nicely with the accordion section in the Horizon theme on mobile. Mina replied super fast and fixed everything in no time. The app works perfectly now. Great support and great experience!
