The support through chat (Anne) is extremely helpful. An actual person and no chatbot, taking all the time to help you with any issues. This makes this app stand out from other apps for me.

Great app! It takes a little time to fully understand how everything works, but thanks to the live chat support, I was able to set everything up very easily. The support team is super responsive and genuinely helpful. I really appreciate their assistance, it makes the whole experience much smoother.

The app is solid. I would like some more customization ability but it isn't too bad. The support was incredible. Every issue that we had, Naomi was super responsive and helped get the dev team to fix the issue quickly.

I had a problem the Free Gift feature not working whilst doing a black Friday site-wide sale. What happened was that I needed to setup overlapping discounts, as the feature basically applies a 100% discount on the gifted product. Mina was super helpful, and straight to the solution. Thanks a lot.

I had some configuration issues with my Black Friday BOGO offer (auto-add to cart wasn't working properly and all variants were being offered as gifts).
