Needed help on a Saturday and even though support was technically closed, Mina hopped on and saved the day! She couldn't handle the technical aspect of the fix so she found a senior dev (Alex) to come in and fix the problem. THEY ROCK!!!

The app works very well, and customer service has been great! I always get answered quickly, and all representatives are very nice. Anne and Brian helped me with upgrade today, quick and smooth experience!
