Delwyn was so helpful today! We have been using the free gift offers and with it being Black Friday, we experienced a slight glitch! Delwyn and her team helped me on the chat support and got everything back up and running for me as it should within a timely manner. Thanks again!

We've just started us this Free Gift Bundle app and it has been absolutely good update. The features work smoothly, and it’s been a great addition to our store. What really sets this app apart, though, is the customer support. A huge thank you to Naomi and Raw for their help today. It's a fantastic way to add pop-up offers with many ways to customize. Very happy with the user-friendliness of the app settings and their live chat support is amazing, always quick to reply with actually helpful information. Unlike many other apps.

This is a great app, so many options to encourage customers to buy more. I'm also very impressed with how easy it is to setup and use. The customer support is also exceptional, support chat was answered within a minute and they sorted our issue out straight away. Very happy!

Excellent and very fast customer service. Does exactly what we wanted it to do, and was very easy to set up. When we had questions, customer support was able to resolve them quickly and exactly as needed. Definitely check this out if you need this functionality.
