The customer support team is incredibly efficient and helped us set up the app and customize it to fit our needs. The app interface is user-friendly and visually appealing, perfectly complementing our store's theme. We've tried many other apps, but this one truly stands out. Highly recommended with 5 stars! Absolutely FANTASTIC customer support. I had a query regarding setting up my first free gift, and Anne from the team responded so quickly and guided me through everything!! Alex worked on some background code too :) By far the best BOGO app and support team. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Anne, Brian & David are extremely helpful, they are very responsive and they know what they are doing. BOGOS.io is definitely the best bundle/gift/offer-creating app out there, would 100% recommend to any stores who are trying to increase AOV, conversions etc.
