Excellente application, simple à mettre en place et très efficace pour créer des offres, bundles et cadeaux automatiques sur Shopify. Mais le vrai point fort, c’est surtout le support technique. L’équipe est extrêmement réactive, professionnelle et impliquée. Mention spéciale à Naomi, qui a été d’une aide précieuse : réponses rapides, explications claires, suivi sérieux jusqu’à la résolution complète des demandes. On sent qu’il y a une vraie volonté d’aider et pas simplement de répondre automatiquement. C’est rare de trouver un support aussi disponible et compétent aujourd’hui. Je recommande fortement BOGOS à tous les propriétaires de boutiques Shopify qui veulent améliorer leur panier et leur AOV sans se compliquer la vie.
