One of the best customer experiences I had. Mina, from the App team has been quick in resolving and understanding the situation. Importantly, the chat box is friendly and interactive with options to send files, attach screenshots and insert emojis.

Not using the app for a long time, but it seems well built and one thing I was really impressed of was the speed and effectiveness of the customer service (Mikie and Louis). Thank you!!

The app is perfect for increasing conversion rates. The support team especially Anne and Brian are stellar. Incredibly quick to respond and have helped tremendously with any questions or customizations I was needing.

MINA was very helpful and helped me figure out an issue that I was having with the app and created a custom gift icon with my store color.

This app is just great! the settings are super easy and the functionality is very extensive. the support responds extremely quickly and helps with every issue. Mina from the Bogo support team set up all my settings for me in just a few minutes and answered every question perfectly. thanks to the whole Bogo team and especially to Mina!

I'm absolutely loving this app. Their support been super responsive and helpful, always quick to answer my questions. It makes a huge difference in my experience and I feel confident knowing I have such a reliable team behind the app. If I ever run into more questions or need assistance, it's great to know Mina is there to help.

The app did not work exactly how we wanted out of the box. However, Mina in the Customer service team was super patient and helped to get the APP working how we needed and that it represented the brand correctly. Its a great app and works really well.

Bogos app on Shopify is amazing! It's so easy to use, and their support is the best. I had a question, and they answered really quickly. I highly recommend it for a smooth experience!

The best app we encountered for Buy X Get Y after we tested a bunch! And the customer support is amazing. Especially Mina and Mike - always there to help and to give great advice when special needs have to be met. We can only highly recommedn this app!

I thought I had left a 5 star review a year ago, but this is an outstanding app the customer service is bar none. The new update is even better than before and they (David) helped set my new store up seamlessly. Couldn't be happier with this and the results that the BOGO have had on my store's top and bottom line. Only wish I would have downloaded it sooner. :)
