We’ve been using BOGOS to manage our free gifts, and it’s been great. The setup is straightforward, the features are flexible, and it integrates smoothly with our promotions. What really stands out is the support team - they respond quickly, are very helpful, and guided us through making sure everything worked properly. I've been using BOGO for almost 10 years now - by the far the best Free Gift app on Shopify with the most dedicated CS and dev team able to help out basically 24/7, on weekends, holidays, etc. for website changes in order that campaigns run smoothly. Mina is also the best!
