Have used both this app's Gift Offer and Mix & Match options. The set-up for both was fairly seamless. Lots of customisable options for how the offer will look on the live site, and it's easy to understand/integrate with our Shopify fulfilment processes in the backend. Where there were problems with implementing widgets on our custom liquid theme, the on-call support person Anne was super quick to respond and fix the issues via Live Chat. Thanks guys!
