Delwyn was incredibly helpful and explained everything clearly and patiently. Responded quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I always knew what was happening while the team worked on it. the app is really easy to use but if you struggle the support team is on the ball helping and guiding you to get what you need

Bogos support is excellent! They replied quickly, explained everything clearly in simple terms, and helped me configure the app properly. They identified the issue and showed me how to set up gifts so everything works correctly. Special thanks to Delwyn for the outstanding help and patience — much appreciated. Very satisfied — I highly recommend the app and their support team.

Mina was the best to help me installing what I wanted on my cart. I was trying to do something quite complex but she was super responsive, fast & efficient... I am looking forward to using BOGOSS and make more sales now ;)
