The support is great. I had a few issues with the gift logic implementation. Austin helped me very quickly and implemented the logic for me.

The support team is absolutely flawless and deserves 5 stars—they helped me with everything quickly and efficiently. The app itself is packed with useful features. It’s a huge advantage that you can manage multiple upsell and cross-sell options within a single app, and the discount structures are highly customizable. However, the biggest downside is the lack of customization options on the user's end. While the support team is genuinely helpful, it's frustrating that you have to contact them for almost every minor modification just to make the app seamlessly fit your store. A few specific pain points: The default handling of product variations is not very customer-friendly. If you use a third-party page builder (like GemPages) instead of the default Shopify theme editor, you are forced to use custom HTML codes to insert the volume discount instead of a simple drag-and-drop widget. Apart from basic color changes, you cannot modify other CSS settings or the layout without the support team's help. Overall, it's a powerful tool backed by a great team, but the developers should definitely work on giving store owners more direct control over design and third-party integrations.

Excellent app, especially for stores in development. They let you test the app for 30 orders with almost full functionality, which is amazing. If there's any integration problems they have a very helpful support team. They reach out quick, they solve problems quickly, I was assisted by Austin and in less than 10 minutes my store was fully working with the system. I've had no issues at all, everything works flawlessly. Austin was very patient and kind in answering all of my questions, super cool team. Definitively worth subscribing, this is a company that takes clients seriously. Their active support team is remarkable.
