Customer support is fast and amazing! Daniel was super helpful - answered all my questions, assuring me that this app would do everything i needed it to do and helped me through every step of the process. So far the app seems super intuitive and easy to use.

We have used this app for years. We are thankful for how much it has grown over the years and that they are constantly optimizing the program. We also appreciate their support team to help us with specific situations. Only feature we wish the app could do is to apply free gifts on the checkout page after discount codes have been applied, however, that is a shopify issue.

App works very well. Customer support had my problem fixed in less than 5 minutes and now it works perfectly. Mina was an excellent, cheerful helper.

Great experience with the support team! They were super helpful and quick to sort out the issues I had. Everything was solved smoothly, and they were really attentive the whole time. The support here has been good Daniel, Amy and Anne have been helping me understand the app and how it works and have been prompt in their responses. I like the app so far as it allows me to create multiple offers that are specific to collections, using the free gift option.

Really excellent customer service, and great segmentation for GWP including subscription vs one-time segmentation. Really good to have a GWP set by price AS WELL AS certain products. Highly recommend!
