I had an issue with my promotional offers where both free gifts were being added to the cart when customers bought three products. Offer 1 (Buy 2, get a free headband) worked fine, but when customers added 3 items, both the headband and sling bag were being added automatically I only wanted the sling bag to apply. Evelyn quickly understood the problem, identified the conflict between the two promotions, and resolved it perfectly! She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure everything worked exactly as I wanted. Now my offers run smoothly and look great on the store. Thank you so much, Evelyn, your support was absolutely amazing!
