Just downloaded the app and it was easy to get the first offer set-up; though, due to user error, needed to get some assistance from customer support. Vivia was quick to help resolve the issue as well as to answer a few more questions. She also helped to show me how to customize the app. So far so good -- look forward to setting up more offers!

This app allows us to run gift offers while still running product discounts! The customer support has been extremely helpful and the logic of the app code is very well implemented as it has passed any of the edge cases we have tested for.
