The app is fairly intuitive to use and overall is of great help to optimise and create new offers. We had a problem with products appearing in the cart but that was really quickly fixed by Naomi who was extremely helpful and professional.

Really appreciate the customer support, Austin was very helpful in troubleshooting my issues with the free gift function. Quick to resolve the issue and also stayed to make sure everything worked out properly for me. There might be some challenges to navigate in this app, but it really makes a big difference to have quick access to a support person who is actually helpful!
