I'm thrilled with the "Free gift Buy x and get Y" app in my Shopify store. The app itself is fantastic, and the live chat support from Anne and Brian was exceptional. They helped me customize the app to match my store's needs perfectly, even diving into the code. Their expertise and dedication are commendable. A great team! After installing the application on my store and putting the offer on my site I had numerous display problems because my theme was not common and did not display the gift icons etc... Fortunately I had almost instant support from them with firstly a customer support team who listened and understood my problems. Then the support team passed on my problems to their developers, who solved them all within a day! Many thanks to them! I highly recommend their application!
