I haven't been able to try out all the features yet, but after just half a day I'm already very happy with the possibilities. I've been looking for a Shopify extension like this for a long time and finally found it today. What's more, the customer service (Mina) is extremely fast, helpful, solution-oriented, and friendly. Hands-down the best Free Gift/BOGO app we’ve used BOGOS makes running promos effortless. We set up Buy X Get Y, tiered free-gift thresholds, and simple bundle upsells without touching code. The built-in display options (auto-add to cart, gift slider, and product page widgets) look native, and the rules/targeting are flexible enough for real stores. What I like most is how much is included in one tool—free gifts, BOGO, bundles/mix-and-match, volume discounts, and checkout upsells—plus clear analytics to see what’s working. Targeting is surprisingly precise (e.g., by URL, location, and customer tags), so we can tailor offers to different segments without hacks. The support team (especially Anne and Brian) has been fast and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve needed a tweak, exactly what you want during a promo push.
