Very friendly, fast, and efficient customer service. I was setting up the app for testing, and Mina was incredibly helpful and immediately understood what I needed. The app is much easier to use than I expected, and the chat function works perfectly.

The app was really awesome because i have used some others that did not meet what i wanted exactly but this is fast, customizable and also have free plan which gives much better chance if you are just starting out in shopify Anne Did assisted me first and she was very fast with it. Also Brian did give a hand in another issue i encountered Both of them are very fast with their work and good at it! Appreciate the help Can't thank them enough

Ich bin absolut begeistert von der Unterstützung, die ich über die Bogos-App erhalten habe! Ein riesiges Dankeschön an Anne und Brian – innerhalb weniger Minuten (!) haben die beiden mir komplett weitergeholfen. Ich bin wirklich absoluter Laie, was Shopify angeht, und war anfangs völlig überfordert. Was mich besonders beeindruckt hat: Anne ist in ihrem Chat immer super freundlich, hilfsbereit und mit ganz viel Geduld auf meine (teilweise sicher recht naiven) Fragen eingegangen. Man merkt einfach, dass sie wirklich helfen will – und das macht einen riesigen Unterschied. Dass ich über diese App so eine außergewöhnliche Unterstützung bekommen habe – ehrlich gesagt, das hätte ich nie erwartet. Ich hatte zwar in den Rezensionen gelesen, dass der Support toll sein soll, aber dass es wirklich so ist… beeindruckend! Anne und Brian, ihr habt nicht nur meine technischen Probleme gelöst, sondern mir das Gefühl gegeben, dass ich mit meinen Fragen genau richtig bin. Daran können sich viele andere Dienstleister ein Beispiel nehmen. Danke!
