We chose BOGOS after evaluating so many different gift apps, and the biggest reason was hands down the customer service — and Hanna, in particular, has been incredible. She worked closely with us to get everything customized exactly how we needed, stayed late to help us meet our launch deadline, and made the entire experience feel seamless. Launching new offers is always a bit stressful, but Hanna made it feel easy. Highly recommend this app if you’re looking for both functionality and an amazing support team behind it!

This app is very rich in features and offers a solid ecosystem to the store for upselling. The customer support is also very responsive and helpful, fixing bugs promptly and facilitating custom requests where possible. Dealing with Mina and Raw was a very good experience. I can only recommend the app, given the great value for price it offers.

Just downloaded the app and it was easy to get the first offer set-up; though, due to user error, needed to get some assistance from customer support. Vivia was quick to help resolve the issue as well as to answer a few more questions. She also helped to show me how to customize the app. So far so good -- look forward to setting up more offers!
