Mina was great helping me on setting up my first offer. The customer service was there every minute I decided to work on any issue. There is not a bot answering, it is always a person right in the second you need them, a lovely person very knowledgable, I am pretty impressed by the the customer service. Keep up the good work! So here's the real scenario - it was launch day and we were scrambling to get an app live to support the new volume - we had experience with this app before and out of the box it works extremely well - today we had a hiccup that conflicted with our theme - Evelyn stepped in and immediately started to mitigate - she pulled in her dev team member Brian to help as well. Within about 20 minutes - not only did they resolve the issue but we were able to get the bundle we needed live. This is exactly how a company should run. I 100% recommend BOGOS App to any shopify store owner that is serious about their business. Thank you guys.

The app is nice overall, but the big highlight is the support—it’s efficient and fast, which is definitely worth mentioning (thanks Mina). So if you’re looking for an easy integration, it’s a solid option. The pricing is quite reasonable considering the value it brought us.
