Dear Karan, I want to sincerely apologize for any frustration caused to you. To provide you more clarity: Our app has a free plan with 30 first orders and limited features. To use some premium features and to unlock more order quota, you will need to upgrade to the paid plan. But we do also provide all merchants with 7-day trial of the paid plan so they can see if the app is a real good fit before the real charge, and of course you can cancel it anytime.
