My Support Mina, She was excellent on work and provided the service on real time and make the required changes in a hour. No delay in feedback and you can just take a sip of coffee and enjoy the support they will do all thing. No need to make any single click after you give them access. I highly recommend BOGOS.io.

The app works well and has helped us increase the average order value on our shop and has been easy to set up and use. Had a slight issue which was resolved quickly on the online chat with Mina, so great customer service as well. Would recommend this app! Update: Had another minor issue and the Chloe and the team were quick to respond with fixing it and letting us know how to avoid in the future, once again great support for a great app.

Amazing customer service! Whenever we had problems setting the promotions, we could get a quick response from the team via live chat which saved us a lot of time. Although there are some limitations to our online store store (some promotions/bundles we want to set up are not available in this app) we still appreciate their support, especially Anne, Amy, and David).
