I require an app that allows me to do tier gifting based on purchase qualification on certain products, this allows me to do it well! Louis (Developer) and Robert (Customer Service) was very very helpful!

This app has been awesome for us. We've had it for several years now. The best part truly is their customer services and development team. Anne today, was able to solve some issues I was having, brought in her development team and solved the issue. Kept testing with me until all issues were solved. I have been using this app for about a year. Great app for those requiring free gifts to be added automatically into your cart. The support was superb. Trix, the one who helped me to optimize some of the loopholes, was patient in teaching me how to do it. They also optimize the auto-refreshing rate on the cart page which helps to improve on the page speed. Definitely recommend anyone who needs to add free gifts to improve conversions and AOV.

This app and team behind the app are amazing! The functionality I wanted was available in the previous version of the app, so after I mentioned the request they went in and built it out for me within the week! I now use this app to give away free gifts for both standard purchases and a special gift for people who sign up for a subscription through our third party subscription service. It's super simple and easy to use. I would highly recommend!

Update October 2021: I have been using this app for 6months for specific promotions that we have ran and it always does the job. Very easy to set up yourself and if there's ever anything a bit more complex the team are more than happy to help with the set up. Couldn't be happier with the service, the team are deadset superstars! App seems to be working fine so far, I need to play around with it more to but it's easy to use absolutely no issues so far. Very impressed with the teams customer service and responsiveness throughout all the initial onboarding and with any questions we've had.
