The app is super helpful with some really powerful features โ especially 2-3 that actually make a difference. The best part is their customer support โ itโs outstanding! They respond quickly and solve any issue without delay. However, Iโm cutting one star for the pricing. For stores doing 400โ500 sales/month, especially in India, the charges feel a bit on the higher side. Itโs more aligned with US-level pricing. Overall, a great app if youโre doing decent sales and looking for solid support and features.

Great features for adding product combinations for setting offers and gifts. Also, customer support is great. Mina from Customer Support was so supprotive and helpful. Immediately responded to all the questions and guided thoroughly to set up offers. Highly Recommended!

We tested a lot of apps, but BOGO.io really stood out. Especially the gift feature is by far the most advanced weโve seen. We couldnโt find any other app that met our requirements for the auto add-to-cart gift feature. The other features are also super useful. Big shoutout to the support team: Anne helped us super quickly and really knew what she was doing. Highly recommended!

This app worked very well for us until we switched from Liquid theme store to Hydrogen (React + remix) tech stack. They say they "support Hydrogen," but it's been a total nightmare to work with their very poor documentation and their customer support team has zero knowledge on how to integrate with Hydrogen, so it's been tons of "waiting for the tech team" on different time zones for about a month now with no avail. We also have to do the strangest hack in our product catalog with duplicated products that don't sync inventory, which really is a huge manually tracked mess that is prone to error. It's been so frustrating that we are instead exploring building our own Buy X Get Y app that will auto-add the Y product to the user's cart. We highly recommend staying away from this app if you're built on Hydrogen.
Dear Jenny, We should have offered an 1-on-1 call upfront to walk your team through the setup and bridge the timezone gap - thatโs on us. But I would like to clarify that we do integrate with Headless/Hydrogen. Our public documentation is designed for headless in all tech stacks and covers both headless and third-party integrations, which may have made it harder for your devs to isolate the headless-only path. To address that, we had been already developing a seamless headless-specific solution since July and now it's completely done. Let us know if you think twice and give us a chance to support you further.
