I had an issue with my promotional offers where both free gifts were being added to the cart when customers bought three products. Offer 1 (Buy 2, get a free headband) worked fine, but when customers added 3 items, both the headband and sling bag were being added automatically I only wanted the sling bag to apply. Evelyn quickly understood the problem, identified the conflict between the two promotions, and resolved it perfectly! She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure everything worked exactly as I wanted. Now my offers run smoothly and look great on the store. This is currently out go to GWP app, it does everything well. When we have had issues, Anne from support has been responsive and helpful. Definitely is featureful in regards to gift with purchase options.
