Anne from the BOGOS support team was extraordinary. I explained the issues I was facing, and she didnโt just guide me. She went in and fixed everything herself. Every single detail. She was patient, understanding, and incredibly proactive. I felt genuinely supported the entire time. I just installed the app to see if it meets our standards and if it could be integrated properly. It works very intuitive and smooth.
