I have been using Clickship/Freightcom for more than 4 years and I can say that service is fantastic. If ever you encounter any problem, they will do their best to correct it. We have been using it via Woocommerce, and it was working well, and now with Shopify, and it's also going really well. Really easy to use for a really affordable price with competitive rate! Thank you!

We just started using ClickShip / Freightcom in the past month or so. It has been an incredibly smooth, easy experience. I would recommend this to anyone, but especially small businesses who are struggling with the high costs of shipping. It has been a struggle for us to navigate the hardships of having an online store with the costs of shipping as a small business and this website has been a saving grace and has saved us time and money in the process. Specifically, Anish, who set us up on the site and assisted us with integrating their shipping platform to our Shopify store to make things more seamless for us. No more copying & pasting addresses, it is already integrated into the order info for you. In our case we just enter the shipping box size we choose and find rates and book our pick up all in the same place. Do not wait to switch to them. Anish has checked in with us multiple times throughout the process and continues to make sure we are enjoying the platform and encourages us to reach out if we need anything . His customer service has been incredible. 10/10 recommend.

I've been using Clickship for a few years and I absolutely love it. I love how order details from Shopify and Amazon are imported automatically, and I can save my package dimensions to auto-populate for each sku. It's super easy and great pricing! One click of a button and the label is purchased, the order is automatically fulfilled with tracking in the appropriate Marketplace, and customer service is really great too :) Everyone is friendly. Highly recommend!!

The app is seemless and always has our list of orders ready to go on ClickShip ready for fulfillment. The information comes across accurately and the app also does a clean feedback to Shopify to close out the order with tracking information. The preview of the order in-app helps a lot with quick reviews!

ClipShip provides reliable and efficient shipping options for my ecommerce store. Their online app is simple to use and to navigate. I appreciate Mawiz my account manager for setting up my account and for his after-sale service and support. I highly recommend anyone looking for cheaper shipping option to try using this company.

Clickship is the best shipping app! It’s very user friendly and they offer the best rates. Mawiz helped me setup my account and is available whenever I have any questions. I highly recommend using the clickship app.

Cheaper and easier to use than other platforms that we've tried before, and the integration with shopify is fantastic. They gave us a dedicated account rep, and support from Mawiz has been great. Highly recommend trying it out.

Started using Click Ship and this app about a year ago... The set up was quick and easy, Mawiz was super helpful, and has been my go to for questions since signing up. The app itself makes shipping super easy. It is integrated into my shopify store... and the orders and addresses are connected so no need to reenter. Its super easy to use... and the best part is the rates are reasonable.

It has been our solution for shipping larger items, international shipments, and next-day deliveries. Bonus point we also get free envelopes and thermal labels with them.

Clickship is a great shipping app that has made my shipping so much easier and helped my business tremendously. Firstly, I get live rates from ClickShip for various carriers on my website so customers can pay the exact amount and I am neither overcharging or undercharging customers by using manual shipping rates. Secondly the rates I get from ClickShip are great, they have helped me reduce shipping costs and offer better pricing to customers Thirdly, its easy to use. It integrates well with Shopify and on the ClickShip platform I can see orders from multiple Shopify stores together and ship them out from there. Fourthly, customer service from Mawiz Kidwai, my account rep has been great. He is always very helpful, and any issues I have, he has followed up and resolved. I hope his dedication and professionalism is recognized by ClickShip There is a small issue with billing (overcharges from carriers) I have brought up with Mawiz and I am sure he will help me take care of it.

Just started using this app recently and so far, so good. Prices compare favourably to a competitor app I was using. Fuad, my customer service rep, has been great, very helpful and responsive. Interface is pretty intuitive and any questions I did have were answered quickly.

Clickship is a good shipping app that has made my shipping experience easier and more efficient. It's user-friendly and cost efficient, offering a transparent breakdown of shipping costs. With some minor improvements to its backend tech it could easily become a 5-star app. I'm satisfied with my experience so far and will continue using it for my shipping needs. A special mention to Rhythm Hossain for great customer service, In an era where exceptional customer service is increasingly rare, Rhythm stands out as a shining example of what it means to provide outstanding support. A true asset to Clickship, and I hope his dedication and professionalism is recognized and rewarded.

Over the past 10 months, I have spent over $116K with this company. Unbeknownst to me, until about a month ago, they had been auto-billing overage fees to my credit card. They do send invoices; however, if you are not reading in detail, you would not be aware that they are auto-billing overages since there is nothing that stands out on them that would draw your attention away from the other 100s of Freightcom invoices that hit your inbox. THE FREQUENCY OF THESE CHARGES IS STAGGERING - APPROXIMATELY 10-15% OF SHIPMENTS WILL GET HIT WITH EXTRA CHARGES AND THEIR QUOTED PRICE BASED ON THE DIMENSIONS AND WEIGHT YOU ENTER IS ABSOLUTELY IRRELEVANT AND MEANS NOTHING. To make matters worse, once this was discovered, the dispute process is painful and borderline criminal. There is ZERO evidence provided from Freightcom as to why the package incurs extra charges. ****The only way to dispute these charges is to provide detailed evidence (photos, etc) of the package you shipped a month (or months) ago. Yes, that's correct... the same package you already measured and weighed and input into their system!**** This is impossible if you have a large catalog of one-time shipments. When confirming the manufacturers very own public published product dimensions with this ignorant team, they will tell you that information is not good enough and that you must duplicate the shipment as evidence and take photos. This is virtually impossible if you sell or re-sell high ticket items, special-order items, or if you repackage goods in the boxes you happen to have on hand. It's a shame their accounting and billing is so shady, as the remainder of this company and app is half decent. I couldn't possibly recommend less though, as you will end up in a financial predicament like me where freight costs are significantly higher than what you saw at your shipping counter.

Our accounting team is working to dispute the charges with the carrier on your behalf, but the information we require is needed for us to move foward and initiate the billing dispute with the carrier. Click Ship has been a major game changer compared to shipping with Canada Post! Jordan Simmons has been so helpful and Is always there when I need help with anything! I would definitely recommend to any small business!

It's ok until it isn't -when they lose packages - if you have customers that can wait weeks for next day shipping and you don't mind waiting 4-5 months for denied claims ... they will get back to you in 60-120 days ish

The app gives me access to super affordable shipping rates that I would have never otherwise had. I can ship to US from Canada and offer rates lower than what stores in the US even offer. Website is well made and is often being updated. I once emailed in some suggestions for improvement and saw they had taken and implemented one just a day later. Mj is always super helpful if I have concerns or questions.

I don't know how they are able to get positive reviews. I've used this app for 3 years now (because I dont have any other option available). They are buggy, their support is WORST than Facebook support... when you finally get someone to speak to you. Most of times, they dont have any tech support to talk to you. Most of times you don't even get a call back, so you have to insist. If you can stay away from them, do it and if you know an alternative, please let me know. Thanks

We have been using Clickship for years and have always found the customer service team to be super responsive if we have any issues with their system. We love that we can schedule our carriers through their system. They also handle issues with shipments that go missing. It's a pretty simple and seamless service to use.
