Great company to deal with my rep Robert is more than excellent with his customer service for any questions and problems with carriers I have. on a scale of 1-10 they are a 12 I fully recommend them for all your shipping needs

Just started using the Freightcom Shipping app and it has been absolutely amazing. Freightcom has made it possible for us to ship easily and cost-effectively to our customers. The automated shipping process makes it easy for me to focus less on shipping and more on my store. The customer service has been great and very helpful every step of the way- no long wait times on the phone, they respond immediately! The boxing algorithm provides my customers accurate real-time discounted rates from a variety of top carriers and automatically fulfills the shipping orders. You can schedule pick-ups and batch print the shipping labels directly from the app. Highly recommended!

Freightcom in general is the best shipping solution for small business. Great options and incredible rates. The app makes the whole process of fulfillment simple, quick and error free. Export documents are also the easiest to create in the app or stand alone software. The only feature that is missing in the app is the ability to enter multiple boxes for one order but this can be done in the web interface easily enough.

Awesome app! Rates are Excellent! Dashboard is very simple and very easy to use. Their best-box selection algorithm is a great feature to have and helps us with collecting accurate shipping rates at checkout.

Absolutely love this app. We were using Boxify before this app and let me tell you... This is way better and does not cost any money. So ultimately we are saving money and using a much better app for our shipping needs.

Wow. It's about time we get a shipping app like this. We love it. The way it streamlines the process. No more cut and paste addresses or even fulfill or enter tracking numbers. It does it all for you. A few clicks, print the label and you're done. It fulfills the order and automatically sends your templated shipping confirmation email to the customer. Not only does it make it easy but their shipping prices are the best I've seen and the app really gets an accurate rate for each product you offer. I have the app on both of our Shopify sites now. If I could give it 6 stars I would. You need this.

This is by far the most amazing shipping app out there!! We used their website for a little while before converting to using the app and could not be happier. You will not be able to find better rates ANYWHERE. The customer service is absolutely fantastic and you will get the answer you are looking for right away. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

I'm so glad their app exists through Shopify. I've been using it since launching our store and this is the BEST way for me to send packages to our customers around North America. I love this app, it makes shipping very very easy. It shows you all the comparable rates with different shipping companies & you can choose the best one suitable for you and your customer. 10/10
