Great app that helps with upsells/cross-sells. Customer service is excellent. Every time we've had a formatting issue or questions, the team responds promptly via email and always takes care of our problem.

Just deployed FBT for our Shopify instance (we sell bamboo-based endurance sports accessories). The app was easy to install/configure. Had a question re: adding on additional products, sent an email to FBT support, and they (Andres) responded within 30 mins. Professional, courteous, and efficient (even went out and tested the FBT bundle on our site). Super pleased so far with FBT.

Have only been using the app for a few days however customers have already shown heavy interest in bundles, discounts with those bundles, etc. I can clearly see the value this app is going to bring to our store. Consumers are used to Amazon and this app really gives them that comfy feeling!

Just installed it today: very impressed with the detailed, yet easy to use, controls to make this app work any way you would want. Also the team was very helpful and proactive, correcting an issue with the layout position on my shop page and telling me about it literally as I was writing to ask them for help. Very happy I decided to go with this app.

I have only just started using this app to give my customers some offers. It is easy to set up I have only set it to automatic at the moment shortly will see if I can set up some manual offers too. Looking forward to seeing the results soon. Customer service support is excellent. Best wishes Jenny

Really good customer service, I recommend it ! I gave them a problem and they solved it very quickly even though it was a Sunday. I will continue to be a customer !

There is really nothing about this app that I didn't like. It is well constructed, looks good, has many customizable features, and the help wiki built right in answered any question I had. While my store is still small, I look forward to see how this app will increase my sales.
