I am new to the app so I don't have a lot of feedback on how it works. BUT I do have 5 stars to give for the customer service in helping me set up the widget. I didn't like the location of the widget, emailed asking them to move it, it was done in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service.

The customer service is the best I've experienced with any apps on Shopify. The representatives are extremely helpful and SO quick to reply and are more than happy to help. The app itself is user friendly and for the most part, straight forward. Would definitely recommend.

We implemented this app to our store to replace the native Shopify recommendations (which didn't seem to work well for dynamic recommendations when you have 2K+ SKUs). Frequently Bought Together is a lot more flexible, allowing you to display global, automatic, and even manual recommendations while also bundling items etc. Needed the support team for quick customizations I couldn't get done on my end, and they replied almost immediately. Thank you guys, and keep up the great work and service :)

Wowza ....a whole 5mins to down load & launch. another 5 mins to make a couple of copy changes. Then 20mins later customer support e mails saying Big thanks for ordering we have a run a check screen shot of the page its running correctly! I am sure the app will match the service so super excited to see what it can add. Nice work guys www.savvytouch.com

It works great! I was able to customize it to go with the look & feel of my website. I use it mainly to configure manual recommendations because our product range is all over the place. Customer service is also quick to answer questions or fix issues.

Wonderful App! Very easy to install and use! I love the fact that i see in the placed orders and abandoned checkouts if the customer has bought/added the items through it so you can clearly see the impact of it. And we also got a great present report :) Highly recommended! Lyuba For Dog Lovers

Firstly, the app is incredibly easy to use and integrated effortlessly. That's obviously massively important. But secondly - the customer service is absolutely better than anything I have experienced recently. Every single person helping has gone above and beyond and I am completely grateful for them all.
