OK, I am a seasoned Shopify seller and this app is AMAZING. I cannot believe I didn't get it earlier. I installed this app recently and so far I am loving it. The app offers a few different placements of the widget on the page, neither one of which worked for my store. I could have spent countless hours trying to figure out how to place it where I needed it. Instead, I contacted the team and within minutes, they have placed the widget where I needed it to be. Wow, for a free app, I am blown away! I don't get this service from apps I pay for... Also, they automatically matched the look of the widget to my font and colors of my site. How cool is that! I didn't even have to ask for this. Amazing customer service and a great tool is their recipe for success! Keep up the great work!

Was a bit skeptical at first but the results speak for themselves. The automated suggestion tool works very well. But you can create your own upsell on key products and cross-sells.

I am new to the app so I don't have a lot of feedback on how it works. BUT I do have 5 stars to give for the customer service in helping me set up the widget. I didn't like the location of the widget, emailed asking them to move it, it was done in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service.

The customer service is the best I've experienced with any apps on Shopify. The representatives are extremely helpful and SO quick to reply and are more than happy to help. The app itself is user friendly and for the most part, straight forward. Would definitely recommend.

We implemented this app to our store to replace the native Shopify recommendations (which didn't seem to work well for dynamic recommendations when you have 2K+ SKUs). Frequently Bought Together is a lot more flexible, allowing you to display global, automatic, and even manual recommendations while also bundling items etc. Needed the support team for quick customizations I couldn't get done on my end, and they replied almost immediately. Thank you guys, and keep up the great work and service :)

We are using it now for a few months: The app is working as described. Good to configure, good support, no complains.

Wowza ....a whole 5mins to down load & launch. another 5 mins to make a couple of copy changes. Then 20mins later customer support e mails saying Big thanks for ordering we have a run a check screen shot of the page its running correctly!
