I just opened my store today and this team reached out to let me know how the app was looking and performing. they even offered to tweak it for me! they moved it from under the product images to under the description within a minute of me replying. EXCELLENT customer service. EXCELLENT.

This app is great to push up the average cart value by providing customers the option for upsell and cross sell. Definitely boosts sales and the team provides excellent support too. Highly recommend it.

So easy to install and the best customer service ever. I love that they analyze your sales data for you, so you don't have to set each "frequently bought together" offer up individually.

About your question, Frequently Bought Together is an upsell app, which goal is to increase the value of the cart, i.e., when a customer is going to purchase a product, we try to convince them to also buy other products. We can also offer a discount if they buy all the products together. On the other hand, our Also Bought app is a cross-sell app, which helps on the discovery of other products. When customers are in doubt of purchasing a product, they can see other products that maybe fit best their needs. I'm very impressed. The app is easy to use, easy to set up and it fits with most shopify themes. I noticed this app on a competitors store, liked it and decided to try it out. I have not contacted their customer service. I also like the way they email you after you sign up for the app, with screenshots of how the app will look on your site. well done
