We spent two whole weeks adding a number of cross sell apps on our store and none of them worked for us. We were about to give up when we stumbled on this app and decided to give it a try, and I am glad we did. It took me about an hour to set it up - because each of our products has their own cross sell options - the set up was super easy and I like that there was no coding involved. But what impressed me the most was that today I sent a request for a widget placement at 2:16pm and at 2:22 pm (In 6 mn) I received a reply that it had already been taken care of! That is what taking care of your customers look like. You guys are absolutely AMAZING and your app is TOP NOTCH! Thank you for your service.

This app does pretty much everything we need it to, and when I asked for help when sorting the position of the widget, the team were really quick to respond. UPDATE: The problem I had with this app has now been solved. However, our largest problem is that all the discounts have to be the same, no matter what the bundle is. Which means larger products have the same discount as smaller products. This is really difficult as we have products ranging from as little as £1 to £30. It's really hard to make the discount a round number also, as it has to be a percentage. We would like to use an app which is exactly the same but allows us to offer different discounts on different bundles. Then this app would be perfect. If you have a small catalogue of products, this app is probably for you!
Hello, thanks for your feedback. With our app you can set a percentage discount to the bundle total, as in 'Buy these 3 items and get a 10% discount'. The discount is applied when the customer buys the full bundle. Minimum effort was in our mind when we designed the feature so currently, you cannot set different percentages or fixed discounts for different bundles. However, we plan to improve the discount features in future releases of the app so more options will be available.

Just installed the app and was unsure how to re-locate the widget. The customer support responded to my email extremely fast, and 10 mins later the widget was located where I wanted it! Fantastic support, thanks Andres!

It is an amazing app, honestly do not think 1 sec to search more for others. The app is learning quick the recommendations and the customer service is replying in minutes back fixing your issues. I am happy I use it! I already installed in 2 shops.

How to install the app for an unpublished theme? I can't find the information needed to install in a developing theme - Update: the CS team at Code Black Belt was absolutely fantastic to work with. We are very satisfied with the app and their service.
Thanks for reaching us. The app is automatically available for all themes in your store, you don't have to do anything to enable it on an unpublished theme. If you simply email us the theme name or a preview link, we will check it and ensure that everything works smoothly on your unpublished theme.

5 stars for an incredibly quick and responsive customer service. They emailed me to ask if all was ok and if i liked the lay out. I asked to tweak some things and they replied to all my emails and made the changes in less than a few hours. Very friendly. Great start. Now lets see what it does for my AOV

The BEST APP on Shopify by miles! Easy to use, looks very proffesional, very simple on intergation. AND, I reached out to the support team (I'm a perfectionist) and asked for some further improvements and they came back to me within 2 min with an email that it was all done! I'm very impressed!!!
