The app does what it says it does, so I'm giving it 4 stars. I haven't had to do anything major with it yet, and will revisit this review if I do.
Hello, thanks for trying our app. As far as I can see, you first contacted us on Mar 30, 15:36 EDT and we replied 12 minutes later. I also see that you sent us other messages. Is it possible that you missed any of our responses because we replied in a different email thread? We will be more than happy to ask any questions and assist with the app configuration. I have checked our Customer Support stats for March and our average 'First Response Time' was 11 minutes, while the average 'Response Time' was 18 minutes. It is possible that, at some times, it takes more time but I can assure you that we will always do our best to help. Thanks for your understanding.

Can't say enough good about this app. It paid for itself 5X on the first day it was installed. It doubled our average order value, didn't require any coding, and included excellent support. I'll be using this plugin on every single shopify website I ever work with in the future.

Working with app developer to fix the location of the bundle appearing on product pages.. by default the bundle is shown at the very bottom (scroll scroll) of product pages.. I think everyone wants it to be up by the normal add to cart button at the top of the product pages. I love the app.. but it is all about location, location, location.

I normally never rate apps but this one is amazing. Worked 90% of how I wanted it to right out of the box. Finished adjusting the placement and some functions within a few minutes. I had gone away to do something else for a while, and within an hour, without my asking, a Customer Service person on their end had also gone ahead and tweaked the whole app so all the colours and typography matched the rest of my website. Amazing.

We spent two whole weeks adding a number of cross sell apps on our store and none of them worked for us. We were about to give up when we stumbled on this app and decided to give it a try, and I am glad we did. It took me about an hour to set it up - because each of our products has their own cross sell options - the set up was super easy and I like that there was no coding involved. But what impressed me the most was that today I sent a request for a widget placement at 2:16pm and at 2:22 pm (In 6 mn) I received a reply that it had already been taken care of! That is what taking care of your customers look like. You guys are absolutely AMAZING and your app is TOP NOTCH! Thank you for your service.

So far, so good. Installed easily, but setting the location is a bit confusing. Luckily, they worked on it and placed it where I wanted it to be. The biggest downfall I see, is the stat reporting. It is obviously inaccurate, and you kind of have to search to find it. Most apps open into "dashboard" that shows a snapshot of the app's performance. So, for the lack of accurate and easy-to-find stats, it only gets 4 stars for now.

About the stats, just click on 'See statistics' button at the end of the preferences page, there are a lot of detailed stats there and their figures should be perfectly fine but please contact us if you detect anything incorrect.
