My last store that was built ( Clinker and Bark, Fashion and Lease ; and healthy inception) does not have this APPS. I wish that all three store have this APPS. I am hoping that this will help.
[Note: the feature that allows developers to reply to reviews has only been available since March 2019, that's the reason for the late reply] Merchant wanted to install the app in their 3 stores and wrote this review to say so. We received no email from the merchant, only this review. All 3 installations were incomplete and we wrote to the merchant advising them how to install the app in their stores by accepting the charge for the trial period. Merchant finally installed the app on their stores. We have written to the merchant on many occasions to kindly remove this unjustified review as it is not a reflection of our apps or service, merely the fact that they did not install the app properly. Merchant promised to remove review, but despite many attempts to reach out, the review remains.

This is a great app. Once the app has read data (I recommend adding after at least 500 orders) it works perfectly. We have this on two of our stores and one of the stores increased sales by 25%! Thanks

Great app had an issue with placement position and they fixed the issue within a few minutes of installing the app. Lightning fast customer service. 10/10 stars and it really looks well and it does not degrade website speed performance as my previous app personalizer by lime spot which is good too but was causing speed and page score issues. However, now I am satisfied with this app as it doesn't affect the speed of my store. Speed is a must when it comes to conversion and every second's drop can result in 30 percent less conversion in your store. Get this app and you will never regret. Every penny worth it

Easy to install. However since my store is new and I dont have historical sales I have to do manual recommendation because the random and globla recommendation gives weird and inappropriate mix.

Just installed the Frequently Bought Together app to test it out and I see that its already increased sales, plus their support team was kind enough to reach out and customize the app. Definitely something I'm keeping on my site. Should've installed this app a lot sooner!
