Not only does the app have many customizable features so you can tailor it to your store, their customer service is exceptional. I had trouble with widget placement. I sent them an email and within minutes they fixed my problem. Would highly recommend !

This app is a real good one ! Easy to use, efficient and not expensive. With a good setting, it could increase your sales and conversions every day !! Thanks to Cold Black Belt for this app, we want apps like this more often ^^

Love it, we use it, super easy to install, but BEST BEST BEST of all is the app customer service! They will fix any code problem asap and make sure this program integrates perfect with your site. Havent came across better customer tech service on here for a product. I really enjoy it.

Love this App and the engagement with support. This was extremely easy to set up and modify. My only disappointment is that the main algorithm is based on past sales. I was launching my store for the first time so I had to do a fair amount of force matching, but even then I found the interface extremely easy to use.

This app has some great features, but there are some bugs.....when attempting to add a discount for bundling, it never worked. I even tried to reinstall the app several times and the same thing kept happening, it actually annoyed the hell out of me. I just uninstalled it and will find a better 'Frequently Bought Together' app on Shopify app store that meets my needs and provides ease of use. Never even received my refund back after they told the Shopify team they would refund me back my money!
[Note: the feature which allows developers to reply to reviews has only been available since March 2019, that's the reason for the late reply] The app was installed for approximately 30 minutes and installed and uninstalled various times during those 30 minutes. Unfortunately, we did not receive any email for support to try and help. We tried to reach out on various occasions via email, but received no reply and tried to call the merchant too in good faith and left messages, but no answer. In addition, we had not received any request for a refund of any kind. Regarding the app, the merchant could not see if the app was effective or not in such a small period of time. Secondly, our app does not modify the store configuration or template and when adding a discount for a bundle, this would have to be configured through their Shopify admin page. We would have been more than happy to shed more light and assist on what happened if the merchant had given us details on why they thought that our app had a supposed bug, but we are 100% positive that it was not due to our app.

This is a great app. Within an hour of installation it paid for itself with a sale that was directed by the recommendations. The support team is great! Questions are answered as soon as they are asked. The interface is mostly intuitive and when it is not the Support Team steps up. I recommend this app strongly for all Shopify stores.

Excellent app so far as it relates to layout of your frequently bought together items for upselling. I have just started using the app so let us see how much conversion it helps to bring.

I like the app because it's easy to use and it works really well! Makes it very smooth for customers to add things to their cart so the impulse purchase can be a higher profitable sale then it should of been originally.
