Freshly Batch Inventory

Just WOW! Emailed on a weekend, right after Christmas, not expecting a reply for a few days, but got a very fast response! And both Camilla and Jose gave really clear guidance. Amazing service! The app itself is excellent, a huge help to us in managing perishable goods - and it more than pays for itself by helping us sell through short-dated products that would otherwise go to waste. It also helps us with legal compliance records for regulated animal medicines. We've actually had a couple of suppliers comment that nobody is as diligent as we are with batch numbers and expiry dates - I'm taking that as a compliment, and it's down to Freshly. Our customers know exactly what they're getting too, as it allows us to show expiry dates on product pages, delivery notes and confirmation emails. A brilliant app with outstanding support!

Great app

I've been using Freshly on a store with specific inventory tracking needs as part of a strict food safety program. It's worked wonderfully the whole time and there are surprisingly very few other options for this app/service. Additionally, some of the other options are way overpriced. Recently, a new Shopify feature allowed me to remove a complicated system I had in place for specific warehouse fulfillment/inventory based on shipping location of the order, and the new strategy caused a communication error between Shopify and Freshly data. The support team at Freshly was quick to respond to my request and helped me implement a system that meets all my needs perfectly. I appreciate the product and the service and strongly recommend Freshly to those looking for managing inventory and lot/batch data easily. I also recommend that anyone who uses Freshly get comfortable importing and export batch data. Thank you Cherry and the rest of the support team that helped!

Responsive Support. The app didn't work the way we needed it to initialy, but in about a week the support team for freshly had it working for us.

I had used this app for almost 2 years. Everything seems working fine until i noticed that i had product expired that i was not able to delete the batch. Contact the support and for over 1 week they tried to fix the issue but then i got no answer and start noticing that i had other product with same issue. I have installed the app and now the expiration still showing on my store. I have contact support, again, and i hope they got back to me to remove all the codes. Expensive app that didnt work for my store!

Though my issue was really bad but with great customer service, attentive and fast response also very nice staff, everything was solved!

The Freshly app is good and helpful for displaying live and in-time expiration dates. The best part is that the support team is very nice and helpful, and will make sure to fix any issues that come up with the site or theme. Would recommend to use for stores that have this need!

In theory, does what it says. Practically, not really, price changes randomly for products, no sales tag so no clue what discount was applied, also expired items go out automatically, but i still want to sell them and no option to continue selling the item. Wrote several messages to support, but it seems that they are too busy to reply to me. Kind regards.

The Freshly representative I communicated with was timely and detailed in her response. I was left with no additional questions. All of my needs were met in one online inquiry/exchange. Thanks Camila Sanchez for your assistance.

We haven't fully utilised this app yet as the initial setup if you have a lot of products is a big task, counting and recording every single batch and best before date. We are still in that process. However what we have experienced so far is some incredible support, willing to go above and beyond with any issue you may have. We're very impressed so far. Thank you.

Great Customer service- We sell items with Best Before rather than actual expiry dates- they are looking at ways to allow a bit more flexibility for selling post BBE date and further discounts etc. So hopefully that will happen!

June 2023 - I just wanted to update my review to say that the customer service has continued to be outstanding anytime we need customizations or assistance. Nov 2022 - I use this app to display expiration dates on clearance products. I had some issues implementing the code to have the dates change on product variants, and the Freshly team was SO HELPFUL and did some custom coding to get it to work, and now it works seamlessly! This is so helpful to track different Lot numbers and automatically remove expired inventory or put on sale inventory that is nearing it's best by date. Thanks again!

Amazing App and Service! If you are selling any perishable stock, or operating in a regulated market where you need to track production batches, this is a great simple solution. Service is among the best, I had some feature requests and Basil scheduled a call to talk through my issue, and help me find solutions even though the issue was really outside of Freshly.

This app is perfect for tracking expiration dates. The emailed reports are very helpful for knowing in advance which items will be expiring soon and, once the date passes, Freshly deletes the items from our Inventory. The app works well with Shopify, and inventory changes are reflected quickly. My only complaint is that the monthly subscription price is high, compared to other apps. The FREE version works for our needs, but I would subscribe to the paid version, if the price were more within our budget. For now, we are happy with the functionality of the free version of Freshly.

just improve little bit of reverts rest all good. good responsive and able to resolve your concerns.

There are still some bugs that need to be fixed, I would like to give the APP more chances to change.
