Great app! I cannot wait until they have an Etsy integration. I love that they sell Comfort Colors sweatshirts and tshirts, I think this really sets them apart from a lot of other print on demand providers. Also, I've gotten nothing but good feedback from my customers regarding print quality and product quality. Most orders are also normally shipped out within 2-5 business days, BUT the reason I knocked two stars is because if they need to reprint or tell you they need to redo one of your orders, you could be waiting WEEKS until they fulfill the order. This makes for very unhappy customers and a ding on your account if you're selling on a platform like Etsy, Amazon, etc. So the system isn't extremely reliable in that regard, but again it's a great app and they seem to be a newer company so I am pretty understanding... this definitely needs to be fixed though.

Best POD company on the Shopify platform. That they carry Comfort Colours sets them far above all the other available PODs, and when compared to the ones that carry comfort colours, their prints are superior. Even after the discounted price, they are still much cheaper than their competitors, while also having a smooth app and customer service is top-notch as well. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with FUEL so far. I am thrilled to see how this app and service grow in the future.

Fuel is a great app which is easy to use and comes with lot of features and products. It is very easy with Fuel to design and publish any product.

im happy with the bella canvas 3001 shirt I got. print is great and shirt is 100% real/legit. my customers are happy too. give them more business so they can keep proving you great products at good prices. I will go ahead and order some samples for other things. my "gloss" poster looks good tho. but I dont recommend you use the matt poster because I have customers not liking those.

I had not received payment from PayPal due to some issues at the customer's end. However, the auto fulfillment option had placed the order for production. On request, the FUEL representative was prompt enough to cancel the order for production. Otherwise, in case of any delay, the product would have been shipped without the payment received by me.

Order processing time is usually pretty good. Product selection is good and support is very responsive. However, in some cases, customers have reflected on the quality of the shirt color and size. Need to improve the print area quality of Youth Sweatshirt, Youth Hoodie.

Fulfillment time is usually pretty good. Product selection is decent and support is responsive. However, on multiple occasions, my customers have received the wrong color shirt due to an automated substitution rule they have, which can’t be disabled. This even occurs when multiples of the same shirt are ordered in different sizes, so the customer receives 2 completely different looking shirts. There’s also no notification of this happening, so it’s not until the customer complains that I am aware. For me, the color of the shirt is specific for the design. For that reason, I will be moving to another POD partner where I can be more confident the correct item will get sent.
We appreciate your feedback, Andrew. As a result of Covid, our suppliers are experiencing an industry-wide production shortage on blanks. As a result, we've implemented a feature that automatically swaps similar items of equal (or greater value) to complete your order as soon as possible. In addition, we select in-stock garments that are a close match to your original item. If your buyer is unhappy with the item they received, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will make it right. All sellers are automatically opted in by default. However, we are looking for ways for our sellers to opt-out of this feature in the future. Our goal is to ensure that our sellers and their buyers are happy with their purchases.

I'm new to Fuel and Shopify, so naturally, there's a learning curve with learning these apps. I've had many questions along the way and I'm happy to say that each time that I submitted a question to Fuel Customer Service, I've always gotten a swift and thorough response. It might have been the answer I wanted, but communication is so important to achieving high goals. Their attention to my questions and concerns show a real professionalism. I am using this app to add products to my Shopify store, its working good so far. Though I am facing some issues, not sure the problem is at their end or mine. But the integration is good. Looking forward to making Fuel my sole print provider. Do increase your portfolio of products so that I can use Fuel exclusively.

There are some things about the app that could be a bit better, like better inventory syncing, but I am totally willing to overlook that because of the excellent customer service. I have never had a problem that hasn't been fully resolved in a timely manner! Thank you Hector, Luis, and the entire support team!

Increase Base cost unreasonably. Austria Long production.. Quality is not good.. Ship is expensive..

Great customer service and very fast response time! Lyman is who I chatted with and he was great. I've listed their goods on my store and gotten sales but have not placed a test order for myself to see the print quality yet. I'll be doing so later this week and I'll update this review. So far nothing but great reviews from my customers so I expect it will be fine.
