I have been using Fuel for about 2 months and have got more than 60 orders fulfilled. All of the orders have been processed and shipped very smoothly. The support is really good and they try their best to quickly resolve any issue that arises. Highly recommended.

Shirts are quick. Hats are always out of inventory. still will work on one or two items per order. Bulk order can be risky as updates on inventory doesn't seem up to date.

I started working with Fuel as a Fulfillment partner only recently. However, Fuels operations are top class, Everything has been smooth from order to delivery of product to the customer. Also the support is excellent and the team has resolved all my queries very well. Look forward to a long association with Fuel.

My partners & I have been working with Fuel for about 2.5 years now and the experience keeps getting better. One of the best things about Fuel is their pricing and how they allow you to actually make a reasonable profit margin with print on demand. So I had 3 or 4 orders being filled at the same time and the 1st one was a few days before the others. I seen that the last 2-3 were sent out and the 1st one in production. I shoot Jorge an email and got back to me quickly. It was what I was thinking, the team caught a quality issue and didnt let it pass. I quickly sent back a huge thank you to the team. I preach to my small team thats its quality over quantity and its much easier to tell a customer that a quality issue was caught verses sending it to the customer and dealing with what possibly could be a really mad customer. Huge shout out to Jorge and everyone one with the Fuel Team!! I'll take that everyday vs dealing with a much worse issue. Keep rocking!!!

I've been using this app since March 2020, it was great for the first couple of months but lately, customer service become the worst. They won't help me with my issue with the app even tho Shopify told me it's the devs issue, not Shopify and they started charging 2% for refunds because THEIR payment processor is charging them that fee!!! like are you serious?? we all get charged fees from our payment processors. like how about this app give us discounts because Paypal charges US fees? I wouldn't even complain if the fulfillment times were accurate

Overall, everything is pretty good. Customer support is very good, professional and friendly. The number of colors of the shirt is quite a lot to help you have more options, the printing speed is quite fast. However, there are still some errors, some orders are slow to be delivered and lost in transit, ... Hope everything can be fixed in the future.

Easy to use but very slow in production, received a lot of bad reviews and reports from this issue... Fast support, generally ignoring the delay several times on major holidays like Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, on normal days Fuel is fine, solves problems quickly and accurately * This review was written on a normal day, so temporarily leaving 4 stars *
