I love fuel. I use this app mainly for mugs because the price is good and shipping cost is good. I was impressed. The holiday season, was smooth. One issue here and there but it was fixed right away. Communication is fast, shipping is fast. Will be using this as my main POD. Update: During the holiday of 2020, several orders were delayed especially the ones coming out of TX (which majority of my mugs where coming out out), the PA facility wasn't as behind. I ended up receiving bad reviews from customers due to delays, and some demanded refunds. Now Valentines day, customer services reports they are behind on orders. Customer service is quick to reply, but I felt like I get this a lot "I can see the print job is done. This should ship within 1-2 days if everything goes well with quality" but it does not really ship in 1-2 days. (not sure if they take Saturday and Sunday off). Any ways I give this a 2 star due to competitive price and fast customer service, however, for sellers like us to survive in this market, we need to provide our customers their products at a timely manner , not 70% of the time, but 100% of the time.

Excellent POD app for everybody. The base cost is very affordable, can beat any other POD or platform. Takes only 1 day to receive the tracking with fast shipping and delivery. Max of Fuel is the best support. Hopefully their app will have bulk upload function and many useful functions as well.

Mockups are incorrectly colored which makes it a bad experience for your customers. Fuel customer support doesn't respond to support inquiries.
We are a little confused by this one. You have not logged into the app for over 3 months and never wrote into our support team. We are more than happy to help you out but looks like you are reviewing us without actually using our app. Regardless, we emailed you to find more info :)

Very good App!!! Nice Products and easy to design. But i wish me a few more Products to create a bigger collection.

I love this company. This company is awesome. The prices are very affordable which makes it to where small businesses can sell products and actually make some money. The products are awesome and very good quality. Hope they will start selling Pink Raglan shirts, Hats, Dog Clothes, Blankets, Pillows ect.... This is my Forever Company So Y'all start adding everything I mentioned lol. Oh I forgot to add... The Customer Service is Bad A#### very helpful and friendly. always there when you need them

I have tried several POD apps and FUEL POD so far has given me the best service and prices. The head guy even took time during a TV football game on a Sunday to answer some questions for me, that's good service. I am hoping this goes in a better direction than the others I have tried (Printful was over priced and SPOD had inferior workmanship for example). So far, FUEL is MY choice.

By FAR the best supplier I have worked with. Customer support is phenomenal, prices are of course the cheapest I have seen, and the products I have sampled for my brand are surprisingly very high quality. Haven't had any printing issues or shipping errors of any kind! Make sure to keep in touch with the support team! They are exceptional and help you with everything you need.

Just used this app for my new holiday designs. Highly recommend! - Printing quality was excellent - Shipping times was impressive with some products shipping the say day - Prices are unbeatable. No one offers anything close to this - Support is the best out there

Definitely not the best experience. 3 out of the 5 shirts I ordered and received were incorrect. It's Day 13 and I'm still waiting for matters to be made right. Fuel could definitely use some adjusting in the Quality Control and Customer Support departments. Both are SERIOUSLY lacking.

We have used FUEL to build up our business, there have been a few issues here and there, but the pricing and customer service can not be beat. FUEL is allowing my new company to compete with just about anyone. Promo pricing is just plain awesome, and will really help you grow... The few issues we have had , have been resolved quickly! Can not wait so see where they grow this to!

This app is super easy to use and is going to really help take my store to the next level! It is very intuitive to get started and the prices are easily the best compared to any other vendor I've used on Shopify or elsewhere. Some other highlights: - Printing speed blew my expectations. Some products printed and shipped on the same they were received - Support is great whenever I need it - They are continually adding new products - Templates to help me create more products with the colors and other sizes I like

I really like Fuel, If only they had more branding options like custom neck labels and removable tag option at the minimum, like Printify or Printful. One thing I liked about Scalable Press is the wide range of Shirt options, this app is really missing that. The Placement print on the garment could be a lot smoother. the online part of Scalable Press lets you choose which specific area, like top left corner or top right corner. If they can really focus on these problems, I believe they can better than Printful. Quality is already there.

We have used every app listed and finally, finally! A team that has great pricing, awesome app, and even better support. Max has been great to work with on any questions we have. If your looking for a partner and not just an app I highly recommend the Fuel POD, hand down.

Despite being new, Fuel offers one of the best print on demand app experiences to set up a new store. They clearly took the needs of creators seriously in their development process and their customer service is great. Their template feature is best-in-class. Their mockups are awesome (we primarily use the without model mockups, but the with model mockups are good too). And it's super easy to adjust the size and placement of designs before exporting to Shopify. PLUS--Their product name and product description fields support emojis! (At least one other PoD provider doesn't--much to our dismay. It's 2019, people!)

Superb customer service! As client I'm glad with the support that Max and team given. They listens to the client feedback and make the product better day by day. The shipment is fast and should there's something wrong with the print they re-shipped it for you right away. Nice people to deal with and ready to help you out
