After 3 years with Bold Loyalty, we made a bold move to Gameball. We wanted a fresher design and a more dynamic loyalty program. Gameball not only matched Bold's price but also had a user-friendly interface, ensuring a smooth transition for our customers. The Backoffice is a breeze to configure and understand, and the widget design options are plentiful. The stats are presented beautifully and are easy to grasp. Creating simple or complex challenges to gamify the purchase process is a breeze too. Integration with apps like Judge.me is a game-changer, eliminating manual point attribution for reviews. If your loyalty app is listed, switching to Gameball is a piece of cake. Otherwise, just export/import a CSV. However, there are two minor issues with importing the customer database: - spent amounts: cannot be imported and is not 'read' by the app in Shopify for existing clients, only new clients will have the amount displayed. No drama, but not 'clean'. - bonus points. Nothing that will stop you to switch but it requires a bit of manual work if you are using Tiers Level with Bonus points (otherwise you will be all fine). You will have to deduce tier bonus points manually for each client so when you perform import, the current balance is correct. Nothing complicated to do but a bit of manual work that could be easily fixed by Gameball. We've informed Gameball, they are currently working on it, and once they fix these issues, we'll happily import our large databases from our CH and FR website. It's an app we love and highly recommend!

We are using Gamball for last one year, the app has a new automation process which is really good to grow customer engagement. It has quite flexible options which give us a broad logical action. We are happy with the customer service they provide and they tend to bring new features and are open to suggestions. I found Gameball after a very well research of different loyalty apps. It is a simple yet powerful tool for any business.

I'm loving this app so far. It was recommended to me by another merchant, and I was actually able to set it up in a day and get it rolling. We have yet to send out any kind of announcement about it and we've got way more people signed up than I anticipated. I also totally appreciated the onboarding call with Lauren - she was super super helpful, sincere, and attentive. I didn't feel like she was pushing anything on me but rather really listening to what I was hoping to get out of the program and letting me know what features were best for me. My subsequent conversation with Dania was just as helpful. I wish all programs and services had customer service like this! Looking forward to seeing where this program takes our business!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Gameball, they have been with me every step of the way. Gameball has had a great impact on my sales and customer engagement at both the store and online. This app is a first , I've tried multiple apps that theoretically promises good user experience and reward/loyalty systems , but most of them never delivers the intended results . Gameball actually helped me boost my sales by 1.5X just by Offering rewards and points , that boosted customer retention rate. Moreover, the app allows you to track the performance of your referral and rewards programs. You can see how many referrals have been made, how many rewards have been redeemed, and how much revenue your program has generated. This information helps you to tweak your program for better results and maximize your sales growth potential.

I had an excellent experience with Loyalty, Rewards & Referrals! Their platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for me to set up and manage my loyalty program. Absolutely amazing and wonderful app that we can highly recommend to everyone who is looking to take their business to a whole new level! We’ve been looking for a great loyalty app and are so happy with the countless features that Gameball offers. It is really easy to set up and use and the variety of configuration options is impressive! It’s already fun to use the app as a merchant and we’re expecting even more positive feedback and results with the launch of this wonderful app from our customers as well. One thing we’d like to point out in particular is the support we have received which is out of this world in a very positive way. We have never experienced such an outstanding and helpful support with any other app or tool we’ve used. The response to inquiries through the support chat are pretty much instant and we always felt appreciated and understood. There is a lot of help especially for beginners that have just installed the app (like an onboarding call) but also all along the way until you’re ready to launch your program. A big thank you goes out to Dania from Gameball for the most professional and caring customer service ever provided. So, if you’re looking for a loyalty and rewards app, do yourself a favor and use Gameball! Update after using the app for about 10 months: Everything is still great and after using Gameball to relaunch our loyalty program our customers are loving it! We were able to substantially improve customer retention and repeat purchases as well as increase our AOV. Customer support continues to amaze us whenever we need them. A perfect 5 out of 5 stars and we'd give more if we could!

Have not yet started using the app, however I booked a demo call with Lauren Desouza, and she was such an amazing character! She carefully understood what I was trying to achieve for my store and figured out work arounds that acheived the objectives I was hoping to achieve when realising the feature I was looking for was not available. Definitely recommend this app because of the flexibility of creating ways to generate customer loyalty, and highly recommend this because of their support, 100/10 on the ball. P.S. to Lauren's boss reading this... please get her a new laptop as she was struggling to show me examples of her demo with a lagging laptop, so imagine what she can do with a new laptop! ;)

Don't worry about it's difficult to use and set up because the CS is so nice and helpful for the tech me how to set up my program. Now I can easy to manage the VIP level discounts and give them more rewards. And the price is reasonable for a small business.
