Did a comparison of almost all available loyalty programme apps on Shopify and found this to have the most functions if one is on the Pro plan. Subscription fees are steep but well, there isn't anything else better. ;-) Customer support is brilliant. Quick and solution-oriented. Thanks!!

Lauren has been fabulous in answering all of my questions and really helping me understand the app and what will work best for my business. For me, an absolutely unrivaled loyalty program application. When I was choosing, I installed about 6-8 of them and none were nearly as sophisticated, but at the same time as nice in appearance as this one. What I really like about the widget is that you have the option to choose from predefined badges, challenges and levels, which you can also edit as needed or create new ones. It will help a lot and make the job easier. I also like the simple but really tasteful and minimalist overall look. I was actually surprised at how nice it all is. Especially the icons and pictograms are great. I'm really looking forward to finish and public my store. Loyalty program is something that I didn't have at my previous store and it was a big requirement for me to have it here on Shopify and it exceeded my expectations. I must also mention the splendid customer service, I communicate with Dania and I feel that I am receiving absolutely above-standard care. 10 stars out of 5 for me, I'm seriously absolutely thrilled :-)

We are using Gamball for last one year, the app has a new automation process which is really good to grow customer engagement. It has quite flexible options which give us a broad logical action. We are happy with the customer service they provide and they tend to bring new features and are open to suggestions. I found Gameball after a very well research of different loyalty apps. It is a simple yet powerful tool for any business.

I'm loving this app so far. It was recommended to me by another merchant, and I was actually able to set it up in a day and get it rolling. We have yet to send out any kind of announcement about it and we've got way more people signed up than I anticipated. I also totally appreciated the onboarding call with Lauren - she was super super helpful, sincere, and attentive. I didn't feel like she was pushing anything on me but rather really listening to what I was hoping to get out of the program and letting me know what features were best for me. My subsequent conversation with Dania was just as helpful. I wish all programs and services had customer service like this! Looking forward to seeing where this program takes our business!!!

This app is a first , I've tried multiple apps that theoretically promises good user experience and reward/loyalty systems , but most of them never delivers the intended results . Gameball actually helped me boost my sales by 1.5X just by Offering rewards and points , that boosted customer retention rate. Moreover, the app allows you to track the performance of your referral and rewards programs. You can see how many referrals have been made, how many rewards have been redeemed, and how much revenue your program has generated. This information helps you to tweak your program for better results and maximize your sales growth potential.

Absolutely amazing and wonderful app that we can highly recommend to everyone who is looking to take their business to a whole new level! We’ve been looking for a great loyalty app and are so happy with the countless features that Gameball offers. It is really easy to set up and use and the variety of configuration options is impressive! It’s already fun to use the app as a merchant and we’re expecting even more positive feedback and results with the launch of this wonderful app from our customers as well. One thing we’d like to point out in particular is the support we have received which is out of this world in a very positive way. We have never experienced such an outstanding and helpful support with any other app or tool we’ve used. The response to inquiries through the support chat are pretty much instant and we always felt appreciated and understood. There is a lot of help especially for beginners that have just installed the app (like an onboarding call) but also all along the way until you’re ready to launch your program. A big thank you goes out to Dania from Gameball for the most professional and caring customer service ever provided. So, if you’re looking for a loyalty and rewards app, do yourself a favor and use Gameball! Update after using the app for about 10 months: Everything is still great and after using Gameball to relaunch our loyalty program our customers are loving it! Don't worry about it's difficult to use and set up because the CS is so nice and helpful for the tech me how to set up my program. Now I can easy to manage the VIP level discounts and give them more rewards. And the price is reasonable for a small business.
