Don't worry about it's difficult to use and set up because the CS is so nice and helpful for the tech me how to set up my program. Now I can easy to manage the VIP level discounts and give them more rewards. And the price is reasonable for a small business.

I have been testing out various loyalty and rewards apps on my Shopify store MoonGoddessGifts.com and this app has won me over. I love the customization features as well as the integrations. The pricing is also reasonable in comparison to the other apps. I recommend it.

Alia, Dania, and Lauren were all incredibly helpful. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. They answered ALL of our questions and really helped us understand how to make gameball work for our customers. Une version améliorée de la carte de fidélité où le client se prend au jeu. En quelques clics c'est facilement configurable et utilisable aussi bien boutique physique que sur le site.

The customer service alone is worth it. But the program interface is easy to use and looks great. It also has a cool gaming theme which is great if your business is gaming related like ours is

Virker som det skal, nem at installere og vedligeholde. Kan kobles sammen med andre app som f.eks. mail løsning så vi kan målrette kunder der tager del i kundeprogrammet. Har kun haft brug for support en enkelt gang, men fik hurtig hjælp uden problemer. Klart anbefales.
