One of the best loyalty programs that we have tried to work with. Lauren has been so helpful with the onboarding and setting up the strategy of our program. I'll update this review as more of our customers get to use it.

We have been looking for an app to support customer retention by way of loyalty and rewards. We downloaded and used 6 on the shopify store but have never been satisfied with the process or the feedback. We finally found the ONE with this app! It is incredibly easy to use, very customisable in terms of rewards and the customer service is incredible! So happy we finally found this! This is a gamechanger

There are so many good things about this app and the team behind it that we cannot cover everything here, but if you are looking for a modern app that's powerful, flexible, has good pricing and AMAZING customer support, look no further. We have tried so many popular apps but Gameball stands at the top of the list for sure. Easy to setup, clear instructions, very pleasing branding for your store and super powerful.

The app is very complete. We had a complicated idea that we needed to implement and we not only found the features in the app, but the customer service is really amazing, We were helped numerous ways in a very quick manner from our account rep. Keep the good work Gameball

The Gameball app is great. It fulfills all the important functions with which we want to reward our customers. Administration is simple. The setting options are also very good for the starter plan. The app works very well and the technical support responds very quickly. We would appreciate a more detailed manual for third-party application integrations, eg Klaviyo. :) Thank you

A very good loyalty program and points app, it has a lot of useful logos, and its customer service response is perfect and fast. I will recommend this app to all my seller friends!!!

We installed Gameball for our store. The experience was really great thanks to Habiba's explanations, which helped us configure the software. Once in place, the experience for the client is very interesting, and the results are there. Gamechanger!

We loved this app and the possibilities you can do to gamify the shopping experience, price is very reasonable versus other loyalty services and it's feature-rich. Above all, customer service reps are quick to respond and eager to help you launch your loyalty program. Much recommended!

I recently switched to Gameball from another loyalty app to get better functionality at a good price and I am totally blown away. There are so many ways to customise my program, it's easy to get caught up tweaking settings. I can't wait to deep-dive into segmented campaigns.

Habiba was very knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns about the app. We are still working on some things for our initial rollout of the app, but as long as it works with our SHOPIFY POS I feel the app should help boost our future sales and customer retention.
