This app is deep! Like, you really need someone to hold your hand to get the most out of it. But, it's worth it since it's really rewarding. It basically makes funnels fun, inobtrusive, and doesn't break the shopper's mood/flow. But, like I said, it's Deep. Thankfully, the customer service on this app is really, really good. I've worked with Ms. Elsafty every time I need customer service and she not only answers my questions and is patient with her explanations, she also improves my users' experience keeping my bottom line in mind. She thinks about your customers like it's her business which is really useful and hard to come by. Actually, I've worked with her in meetings; I've gotten help from multiple Gameball team members via livechat, and they're all fabulous. I put Gameball on the back burner at first because of it's learning curve; I almost missed out. This is definitely the best rewards program I have experienced.

This app is extremely customizable if you're looking to build a top tier loyalty program. It's THE MOST customizable by far if you ask me, and believe me, I've tried a bunch. I'll also have to add that the customer service is wonderful and super responsive. If you've got questions or concerns, or just want some insight, they will be on it right away! I'm excited for the direction my loyalty program will head in by utilizing this app on LoniaShoes.

UPDATED REVIEW: I have to say the people at Gameball are very responsive and they got the problem I initially asked for (my original review is below) fixed, so this is now included! I have contacted them a few times and they have bent over backwards to be helpful and REALLY want your business to grow - thanks, Dania :-). ORIGINAL REVIEW: It has been working well, however I've had to disable it as it seems I can't exclude points from the Sale/Reduced items. Therefore, I'm regularly giving double discounts. Other loyalty point apps I've looked at have to ability to exclude discounted products and only include full price products from receiving points. I wish Gameball could do this. This is quite a big issue for me. Apart from that, it was working well.

I would like to post this because Gameball is 1 of the perfect applications on shopify that can help you get what you want without complications and the customer service is superb, they answer you even during holidays and find your solution so fast. 5 starts it is :)

We used Smile for 2 years, and Gameball is in a league of its own. There are SO many more features that you cannot even compare the two. As it currently stands, one would be foolish to use any other loyalty program from the Shopify app store than this one. The customer support is fantastic and the app just works incredibly well with tons of clever features.
